OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR

The Operations Administrator provides all manner of clerical, reporting, data entry, and coordination duties, serving multiple people/personalities in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities and tasks. Riithink Digital Marketing is looking for a skilled Paid Media Specialist with an in-the-weeds understanding of digital strategy, especially as it pertains to paid media. This candidate should have an eye for detail, possess creative problem-solving skills, and be efficiency motivated. Ideally, this candidate is someone who is analytical and data-driven with the ability to craft and measure creative solutions to lead-generation problems, especially as they pertain to digital advertising channels.

 

In this position, you will:

  • Design, execute, and maintain ROI-focused Pay Per Click (PPC)  & Paid Social campaigns
  • Conduct thorough keyword analysis
  • Continually optimize PPC & Paid Social campaign components including keyword strategy, ad copy, bids, cost per conversion, cost per click,  audience optimization, etc.
  • Write compelling ad copy with a focus on driving conversions
  • Optimize existing PPC campaigns for new clients
  • Actively measure and execute A/B split testing for ad copy, landing pages, etc., to ensure optimal campaign performance

The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter who is comfortable working independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced digital/eCommerce environment. The ideal candidate is strong in both technical and communication skills and has a desire to learn.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Work with our Account Managers on projects to provide deliverables and execute on necessary action items.
  • Be the go-to resource regarding a variety of eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Magento, WordPress, Walmart Marketplace, etc.) for the team
  • Manage and implement changes on the client’s Amazon Marketplace account and catalog (Seller Central and Vendor Central)
  • Be the client’s go-to resource for all Amazon-related issues
  • Support the client in the management of day-to-day operations of their Amazon business with an eye towards maintaining profitability and sales growth
  • Carry out keyword research and SEO strategies that will be implemented to improve search rank and visibility for the client’s products and content
  • Work closely with internal teams to create optimized product listings within the Amazon platform

Copywriting

You’ll string together just the right words or phrases to get a message across to each of our clients’ target audiences. You should be able to tweak your creative writing to fit each channel of communication that we use for our clients including websites, social media, print collateral, digital ads, and others.

 

Branding

You’ll dive deep into the making of each of our client’s brands and have a full understanding of what makes them unique. You’ll aid in the process of tying graphic elements to written words to make sure the brand is fully cohesive.

 

eCommerce

You will contribute optimized copy for our eCommerce clients who sell on Amazon, Walmart, Target, Shopify, and other business platforms. You’ll research relevant keywords and use them when necessary to boost their product listings.

 

Search Engine Optimization

You’ll research best practices for search engine optimization (SEO) and apply your findings to marketing strategies. You’ll be asked to write and apply alt tags, optimized headlines, titles, and metadata, and perform other site improvements as necessary.
