Job Description
The Social Media Specialist is primarily responsible for client management and the execution of social media campaigns for multiple accounts, primarily Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. For most clients, the objective is to obtain qualified leads and sales. You’ll be required to conduct A/B testing and data analysis to determine the budget allocation and ad optimization to deliver the most value possible to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Marketing
The applicant needs to be experienced with Meta Business Manager for “backend ads” such as traffic, conversions, engagement, retargeting, and lead form campaigns. You will be responsible for managing target audiences, budgets, and brand management with the front-end posts on clients’ Facebook business pages. Some graphic design experience is a plus, but not required as we have a design department.
Client Management
You will be responsible for professionally engaging with clients and continually communicating and reporting to them the progress of their campaigns. This position requires an upbeat, professional, and client-centric personality. Our clients expect numbers-based reporting based on data from Google Analytics 4, Meta, Shopify, or other sources.
Required Qualifications
Proficient in managing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok for traffic, conversions, lead form, and engagement.
Capable of developing and executing seasonal, limited-time, and themed campaigns from high-level ideas to granular implementation, including slogans, engaging CTAs, and ad content.
Able to write engaging content for social media, email marketing, and other platforms, adhering to the client’s brand voice and tone.
Flexible in writing in different styles, including educational, promotional, exciting, and informative, depending on the client’s needs.
Proficient in using Google Analytics 4 to measure campaign success and identify opportunities.
Experienced in using Mailchimp and ConstantContact for high-level strategy and granular implementation.
Strong collaboration skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Skills that will make you stand out (not required, but a plus)
Familiarity with WordPress and Shopify.
Experience with Google Ads.

Working Conditions
This is a full-time position; the candidate will be expected to work eight hours daily, Monday – Friday, not including lunch breaks.
You will work remotely and may be required to join the team in a shared office space as needed, depending on your location.
