STRATEGIC ECOMMERCE ACCOUNT MANAGER

Location: Carrboro, NC
Required Experience: 3-5+ years

Description:

Riithink Digital Marketing is looking for a skilled Strategic eCommerce Account Manager with a high-level understanding of eCommerce and digital strategy with a focus on Amazon. This candidate should have a passion for problem solving, a strong attention to detail, and must be eager to help our clients succeed in the eCommerce space. Ideally, this candidate is someone who is analytical and data-driven with the ability to craft and measure creative solutions to business-related problems, especially as they pertain to Amazon channel strategies. Occasional travel required for this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain a positive relationship with the client.
  • Lead all correspondence and communication with the client as the point of contact. Communication will include email, phone, and in-person visits.
  • Manage projects and relay information to the team about deliverables and necessary action items.
  • Gather performance data and present reports to the client.
  • Suggest feasible actions to improve the business strategy for the client.
  • Drive the client’s Amazon Marketplace strategy (Seller Central, FBA, and Vendor Central).
  • Be the client’s go-to for all Amazon-related issues.
  • Support the client in the management of the day-to-day operations of the Amazon business with an eye towards maintaining profitability and sales growth.
  • Provide key analytics reporting to senior management.
  • Work closely with internal teams to create optimized product listings within the Amazon platform. 
  • Support the creation of promotional calendars to lay out full year strategies while quantifying success of promotional activity.
  • Manage internal team’s execution of accurate product data across multiple eMarketplaces, including titles, descriptions, images, attributions, and pricing.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must possess a knowledge of online marketplaces including Amazon and other online retailers (understanding of Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central is required)

PROJECT MANAGER

Location: Carrboro, NC
Required Experience: 2-8 years

Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
  • Delegate project tasks based on staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
  • Experience in a digital agency or start up

ACCOUNT MANAGER

SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Description:

We believe in the work hard – play hard mentality and look forward to expanding our family with the hire of a sales representative. This is a full time Salary position with commission. Full time employees enjoy health and paid time off benefits.

 

Our company is looking for a Sales Representative to be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. Duties will include directing sales presentations with the internal team and giving sales presentations to potential clients, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage.

 

Sales Representative Responsibilities

  • Generating leads through phone and email interactions.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals as defined by you and manager.
  • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients within allowed parameters.
  • Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
  • Understanding and promoting company programs.
  • Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
  • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
  • Maintaining detailed client records of correspondence
  • Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
  • Ability to upsell clients on new SOWs or SLAs.

 

Sales Representative Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years sales experience.
  • 2+ years experience in sales.
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word and Excel, and Google suite products.
  • Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical aptitude required.
  • SalesForce experience preferred.
