OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR

Location: Carrboro, NC

Description:

Riithink Digital Marketing is looking for a skilled Operations Administrator with a high-level understanding of operational management and administrative duties. This candidate should have a passion for problem solving, a strong attention to detail, and must be eager to help our business succeed. Ideally, this candidate is someone who is organized and good at multitasking with the ability to craft and measure solutions to business-related problems.

The Operations Administrator provides all manner of clerical, reporting, data entry, and coordination duties, serving multiple people/personalities in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities and tasks. Accuracy, organization, flexibility and a willingness to adapt to new methodologies and accept new challenges with a smile and positive attitude are key.

At Riithink, every team member has a “no task is beneath me” attitude. We all pitch in and adapt our skillsets to accommodate the business needs as a whole. The Operations Administrator would lead this charge as a unique support to every individual on our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Will engage in day-to-day communication and build strong relationships using inter-personal skills to collaborate across the organization
  • Will effectively, drive and manage change – able to nimbly adapt and re-prioritize
  • Will work directly with the Leadership team to maintain focus on common goals and workflow
  • Manage phone system and assist in client communication

DIGITAL MARKETING ACCOUNT MANAGER

Riithink Digital Marketing is looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Account Manager with a high-level understanding of digital marketing strategy and eCommerce. This candidate should have a passion for problem solving, a strong attention to detail, and must be eager to help our clients succeed in the digital space. Ideally, this candidate is someone who is organized and good at multitasking with the ability to craft and measure creative solutions to business-related problems, especially as they pertain to digital marketing strategies. This role spends their time building relationships with clients and addressing their issues, concerns or questions in a thoughtful and timely manner; and collaborating with our creative and analytic teams to develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with our client’s requirements and maximize their return on investment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain a positive relationship with the client.
  • Lead all correspondence and communication with the client as the point of contact. Communication will include email, phone, and in-person visits.
  • Suggest, manage, and prioritize digital projects to increase customer return on investment and relay information to the team about deliverables and necessary action items
  • Address client requests and questions effectively and in a timely manner
  • Create and manage tasks in our project management system, keeping track of all project statuses to make sure tasks are being completed on time and within scope
  • Gather performance data and present reports to the client.

PAID MEDIA SPECIALIST

Description:

Riithink Digital Marketing is looking for a skilled Paid Media Specialist with an in-the-weeds understanding of digital strategy, especially as it pertains to paid media. This candidate should have an eye for detail, possess creative problem-solving skills, and be efficiency motivated. Ideally, this candidate is someone who is analytical and data-driven with the ability to craft and measure creative solutions to lead-generation problems, especially as they pertain to digital advertising channels.

 

In this position, you will:

  • Design, execute, and maintain ROI-focused Pay Per Click (PPC)  & Paid Social campaigns
  • Conduct thorough keyword analysis
  • Continually optimize PPC & Paid Social campaign components including keyword strategy, ad copy, bids, cost per conversion, cost per click,  audience optimization, etc.
  • Write compelling ad copy with a focus on driving conversions
  • Optimize existing PPC campaigns for new clients
  • Actively measure and execute A/B split testing for ad copy, landing pages, etc., to ensure optimal campaign performance
  • Compile monthly PPC & Paid Social reports for clients with personal comments and analysis of campaign performance
  • Recommend any new content or assets that should be created in order to promote higher campaign performance
  • Set up Conversion Tracking & Retargeting Pixels
  • Conduct in-depth competitive analysis
  • Manage projects and relay information to the team about deliverables and necessary action items.

ECOMMERCE PLATFORM SPECIALIST

Location: Carrboro, NC
Required Experience: 1-2 years

Description:

Riithink is seeking a detail-oriented team player with exceptional judgment to manage eCommerce listings and grow sales on Amazon, Walmart and other online marketplaces. The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter who is comfortable working independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced digital/eCommerce environment. The ideal candidate is strong in both technical and communication skills and has a desire to learn.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Work with our Account Managers on projects to provide deliverables and execute on necessary action items.
  • Be the go-to resource regarding a variety of eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Magento, WordPress, Walmart Marketplace, etc.) for the team
  • Manage and implement changes on the client’s Amazon Marketplace account and catalog (Seller Central and Vendor Central)
  • Be the client’s go-to resource for all Amazon-related issues
  • Support the client in the management of day-to-day operations of their Amazon business with an eye towards maintaining profitability and sales growth
  • Carry out keyword research and SEO strategies that will be implemented to improve search rank and visibility for the client’s products and content
  • Work closely with internal teams to create optimized product listings within the Amazon platform
  • Manage execution of accurate product data across multiple eMarketplaces, including titles, descriptions, images, attributions, and pricing
  • Report and escalate account issues to management as needed
  • Gather performance data and help assemble reports for the client

Our company is looking for a Sales Representative to be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. Duties will include directing sales presentations with the internal team and giving sales presentations to potential clients, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage.

 

Sales Representative Responsibilities

Shopify Developer

Location: Carrboro, NC
Required Experience: 2+ years

Description:

Riithink Digital Marketing is looking for a skilled Shopify Developer with a detailed understanding of web development across multiple platforms. This candidate should have experience with both front-end and back-end development on the Shopify platform. Ideally, this candidate is someone who is organized and good at multitasking with the ability to manage development teams and project manage website launches. While this role is primarily focused on tactical development skills, it is also rooted in strong development language communication with “non-developer” team members. We are looking for someone who can both execute our development requests and serve as a liaison between our internal marketing team and our external development support teams. 

REQUIREMENTS

  • A strong knowledge of Shopify platform
  • An expertise in Shopify theme development and customization
  • Expert-level knowledge of Shopify Liquid templating language
  • A proficiency in working with different Shopify JS APIs (storefront, AJAX Cart, Sections etc)
  • An expertise in HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript/ECMA Script 5/6
  • A knowledge of SCSS (preferred)
  • An expertise in JavaScript libraries (eg: jQuery).
