OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR

Location: Carrboro, NC
Required Experience: 2+ years

Description:

Riithink Digital Marketing is looking for a skilled Operations Administrator with a high-level understanding of operational management and administrative duties. This candidate should have a passion for problem solving, a strong attention to detail, and must be eager to help our business succeed. Ideally, this candidate is someone who is organized and good at multitasking with the ability to craft and measure solutions to business-related problems.

The Operations Administrator provides all manner of clerical, reporting, data entry, and coordination duties, serving multiple people/personalities in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities and tasks. Accuracy, organization, flexibility and a willingness to adapt to new methodologies and accept new challenges with a smile and positive attitude are key.

At Riithink, every team member has a “no task is beneath me” attitude. We all pitch in and adapt our skillsets to accommodate the business needs as a whole. The Operations Administrator would lead this charge as a unique support to every individual on our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Will engage in day-to-day communication and build strong relationships using inter-personal skills to collaborate across the organization
  • Will effectively, drive and manage change – able to nimbly adapt and re-prioritize
  • Will work directly with the Leadership team to maintain focus on common goals and workflow
  • Manage phone system and assist in client communication

PAID MEDIA SPECIALIST

Location: Carrboro, NC
Required Experience: 0-2+ years

Description:

Riithink Digital Marketing is looking for a skilled Paid Media Specialist with an in-the-weeds understanding of digital strategy, especially as it pertains to paid media. This candidate should have an eye for detail, possess creative problem-solving skills, and be efficiency motivated. Ideally, this candidate is someone who is analytical and data-driven with the ability to craft and measure creative solutions to lead-generation problems, especially as they pertain to digital advertising channels.

 

In this position, you will:

  • Design, execute, and maintain ROI-focused Pay Per Click (PPC)  & Paid Social campaigns
  • Conduct thorough keyword analysis
  • Continually optimize PPC & Paid Social campaign components including keyword strategy, ad copy, bids, cost per conversion, cost per click,  audience optimization, etc.
  • Write compelling ad copy with a focus on driving conversions
  • Optimize existing PPC campaigns for new clients
  • Actively measure and execute A/B split testing for ad copy, landing pages, etc., to ensure optimal campaign performance
  • Compile monthly PPC & Paid Social reports for clients with personal comments and analysis of campaign performance
  • Recommend any new content or assets that should be created in order to promote higher campaign performance
  • Set up Conversion Tracking & Retargeting Pixels
  • Conduct in-depth competitive analysis
  • Manage projects and relay information to the team about deliverables and necessary action items.
  • Suggest feasible actions to improve the paid media strategy for the client.

ECOMMERCE PLATFORM SPECIALIST

Location: Carrboro, NC
Required Experience: 1-2 years

Description:

Riithink is seeking a detail-oriented team player with exceptional judgment to manage eCommerce listings and grow sales on Amazon, Walmart and other online marketplaces. The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter who is comfortable working independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced digital/eCommerce environment. The ideal candidate is strong in both technical and communication skills and has a desire to learn.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Work with our Account Managers on projects to provide deliverables and execute on necessary action items.
  • Be the go-to resource regarding a variety of eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Magento, WordPress, Walmart Marketplace, etc.) for the team
  • Manage and implement changes on the client’s Amazon Marketplace account and catalog (Seller Central and Vendor Central)
  • Be the client’s go-to resource for all Amazon-related issues
  • Support the client in the management of day-to-day operations of their Amazon business with an eye towards maintaining profitability and sales growth
  • Carry out keyword research and SEO strategies that will be implemented to improve search rank and visibility for the client’s products and content
  • Work closely with internal teams to create optimized product listings within the Amazon platform
  • Manage execution of accurate product data across multiple eMarketplaces, including titles, descriptions, images, attributions, and pricing
  • Report and escalate account issues to management as needed
  • Gather performance data and help assemble reports for the client

SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Our company is looking for a Sales Representative to be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. Duties will include directing sales presentations with the internal team and giving sales presentations to potential clients, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage.

Responsibilities

 

Copywriting

You’ll string together just the right words or phrases to get a message across to each of our clients’ target audiences. You should be able to tweak your creative writing to fit each channel of communication that we use for our clients including websites, social media, print collateral, digital ads, and others.

 

Branding

You’ll dive deep into the making of each of our client’s brands and have a full understanding of what makes them unique. You’ll aid in the process of tying graphic elements to written words to make sure the brand is fully cohesive.

 

eCommerce

You will contribute optimized copy for our eCommerce clients who sell on Amazon, Walmart, Target, Shopify, and other business platforms. You’ll research relevant keywords and use them when necessary to boost their product listings.

 

Search Engine Optimization

You’ll research best practices for search engine optimization (SEO) and apply your findings to marketing strategies. You’ll be asked to write and apply alt tags, optimized headlines, titles, and metadata, and perform other site improvements as necessary.

 

Requirements

  • Available to work a minimum of 5-10 hours per week on a hybrid schedule (in office and remotely)
  • Pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, creative writing, or a related field
  • Excellent writing and proofreading skills with a diligent eye for detail, language, flow, and grammar
  • Strong research skills and ability to cite references and summarize findings

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and be accountable for each step of the internal process from the early planning stages through creative and testing prep when appropriate
  • Build internal schedule and ensure each department is aligned with approach
  • Coordinate and run productive internal meetings and close/follow up with next steps
  • Create, manage, and run project status which best adheres to the team and project to ensure awareness of all active and upcoming projects
  • Delegate and communicate assignments to the appropriate people within the agency and follow through to make sure work is being done in a timely manner

This candidate will conduct regular reviews of clients’ progress relative to business targets and KPI’s. This candidate will interact regularly with the Client Managers and Client Strategists to fine-tune digital marketing strategies and drive revenue growth. This candidate should have a passion for problem solving, a strong attention to detail, and must be eager to help our clients succeed in the eCommerce space.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth evaluation and analysis of business performance for maximum efficiency and quality control
  • Link data and edit Bokeh visuals to provide reliable, recurring insights to eCommerce clients
  • Provide ad hoc analysis for top tier eCommerce clientele (utilizing SQL and Python within a database) regarding profitability, pricing, and advertising spend
  • Model profitability and forecast revenue based on historical data for new clients

 

Preferred Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in advertising, analytics, eCommerce, or related field
  • eCommerce experience, specifically with Amazon, is required
  • Previous experience using a data visualization platform to deliver insights
  • Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills
