Some work does not end in a cart.
Most of what we do is e-commerce and digital marketing for brands that sell online. A few industries need the same channels pointed at a different outcome, and those live here rather than on the services page.
Where we do this
- 01Senior living marketingThe enquiry usually comes from an adult child in another state, and the outcome is a booked tour, not an order. That changes the site and the measurement.→
- 02Industrial and manufacturing marketingThousands of SKUs, a distributor channel that competes with you, and a buyer who searches a part number. Very little of consumer marketing transfers.→
- 03HVAC and home services marketingDemand spikes with the weather and the job is booked by phone. Budgets set on a flat monthly average miss both.→
Why these are separate
The channels are the same. The thing being counted is not.
An e-commerce account is judged on orders and return on ad spend, and the whole reporting stack assumes a transaction happened on a website. A booked tour, a consultation or a quote request does not behave that way: the cycle is longer, the decision involves more people, and the sale often closes offline.
Putting those on the services page would suggest they are the same job. They are not, so they are here. If your industry is not listed and the outcome you need is not an order, tell us what it is and we will say honestly whether we are a fit.
