Custom e-commerce
Distributor portals, multi-brand stores and mobile apps, for the catalogs that a standard platform cannot handle.
When do you need custom e-commerce?
When the way you sell does not match the way the platform assumes you sell.
Most stores fit Shopify, and if yours does you should use it. Custom work earns its cost when the rules get complicated: different prices for different distributors, minimum order quantities, approval steps before an order goes through, or several brands sharing one catalog and one warehouse.
B2B is where this comes up most. A distributor logging in should see their pricing, their terms and their previous orders, and none of that is a standard storefront feature.

What we do
- 01Distributor portalsA logged-in store where each account sees its own pricing, terms and order history.
- 02Multi-brand storesSeveral brands sharing a catalog and a warehouse without each one needing its own build.
- 03B2B pricingTiered pricing, minimum orders and approval steps that match how you actually sell.
- 04Mobile appsWhere reordering happens on a phone in a workshop rather than at a desk.
- 05ERP integrationStock, pricing and orders flowing both ways instead of being retyped.
- 06SupportOngoing development, because a custom system is never finished on launch day.

Questions people ask
Should I use Shopify instead?
Usually, yes. Shopify is cheaper, faster to launch and easier to hire for. Custom work makes sense when your pricing, approvals or catalog structure cannot be expressed in a standard platform. We will say so if that is not you.
Can you integrate with our ERP?
Yes. Most of these projects are mostly integration work. What matters is whether your ERP has an API or a supported export, and we check that before quoting.
Who owns the code?
You do. It is handed over with documentation, and you are free to take it elsewhere.
How do you price this?
By scope, after a discovery stage. We do not quote a custom build from a brief alone, because the estimate would be wrong and you would be the one paying for it.
